It's ok...
To be a little bit whiny when you are sick and want someone to take care of you. Or at least make you soup. Or a cup of tea. And maybe bring you more tissue.
To spend an hour+ cutting out letters from a magazine to spell out words that you will later tape- because you do not own a glue stick- to plain wrapping paper. This will be done in an attempt to jazz up the gift wrapping because you really don't have artistic talents. And when you go to tape down the letters, it's ok if they aren't straight.
To not understand why Canada Post will not leave a package in your mail box when the package is small enough to fit in the mailbox and does not require a signature.
To still have your Christmas tree up and decorated with a present under it.
To take advantage of the January sales and treat yourself to a thing or two. Or seven. Even if you don't REALLY need a new pair of jeans or shoes or...
