Cheesy Potatoes

Ingredients:
- 2 lb potatoes, cut into cubes
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 can cream soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup milk
- 8 oz shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- Preheat oven to 350
- Mix all ingredients well and spread into a casserole dish
- Bake for 1- 1 1/2 hours or until bubbly and browned.
- Enjoy!
Notes:
- If I'm in a rush or don't feel like peeling/cutting potatoes, I use hash browns.
- I prefer cheddar cheese, but you can actually use any kind of cheese, or even mix different kinds of cheese.
