Book, Song, Body

BOOK-I bought this book a few months ago, but just recently got around to reading it:



I try very hard not to be a selfish person. I try to be giving and thoughtful of others. I picked up this book because 1. It was free 2. Had decent reviews and 3. I was curious if I was selfish or selfless. I felt that this book was very objective at looking at the two. It was a pretty short book, which suited me just fine. 

Very action someone does is either selfish or selfless and everything we do effects something and someone else. You go to the grocery store and buy an apple, you know prevent someone else from buying that exact apple. It's even the littlest things we do that plays into the lives of others.

I recommend this book because it is a good reminder that every little action we have influences something else. It's also a good reminder to think before you act.

BODY-Eat a banana! We all know that banana's are good for you...so eat one! I was driving home from work when I heard about all the benefits of bananas, a lot I was unaware of- like rubbing the inside of a banana peel on a mosquito bite.

Banana's help with, heartburn, healthy bones and kidneys, morning sickness, quitting smoking, blood pressure, preventing strokes and so much more!
