Do something nice for your co-worker(s). This could be as simple as buying them flowers, even if you give each individual an individual flower, or coffee to baking everyone cookies or organizing a pot luck lunch.

Co-workers are people that you spend a large chunk of your day and week with, so you naturally have a relationship with these people and you might as well make the best of it. I promise your co-worker(s) will appreciate the extra gesture.
