Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup of seaweed
- 1 tbsp peeled and minced ginger
- 2 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
- 2 tbsp rice
- Sesame vinegar
To Make:
- Rinse the seaweed and let soak in water for about 5 minutes
- Drain seaweed and place in a bowl
- Cook rice as directed on package
- Add rice, ginger and toasted sesame seeds to seaweed
- Garnish with toasted sesame seeds
- Add sesame vinegar to taste
- Enjoy!
Notes:
- A very, very close friend of mine told me about seaweed salad and I actually got this recipe from him. I have never made seaweed salad but it does taste delicious!
- Recipe serves one-two people, depending if salad is a side or main course.
