Ingredients:
- 1 small jar dried beef, rinsed
- 4 boneless chicken breasts
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 8 oz carton sour cream
- Rice
To Make:
- Line bottom of casserole dish with dried beef
- Place chicken on top of beef
- Mix soup and sour cream together
- Pour Soup and sour cream mix over chicken
- Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes
- Serve over rice
- Enjoy!
Notes:
- I got this recipe from Rhonda (an online 'friend' who put together a collection of recipes) who got the recipe from Jessie Williams.
- Jessie noted that you may want to cover while baking.
- I have served this over pasta instead of rice.
- If serving over pasta, I usually cut the chicken into pieces prior to cooking.
- For beef, I use the same beef you can get at the meat counter that is used for stir fry.
